This was the Ray Douglas Memorial 25 promoted by Worthing Excelsior.
Steve Dennis won in convincing style, finishing 31 sec ahead of 2nd place man Mike Coyle of VC Etoile.
The conditions were somewhat better than recent days and the wind had dropped in comparison to Saturday’s Southern Counties CU 10. Having said that, the times were down overall.
There was quite a SW wind and unfortunately the rain didn’t quite hold off so the last 20 riders had a bit of a soaking. What is going on with this weather?!
