Steve did 1:38:17 so blitzed James Dear’s friday course record. Had he have ridden on Friday, I reckon he’d have chopped another minute off. I was too busy enjoying the weather so bumbled around minding my own business in 1:47:50 – 1:50 slower than last year (as predicted).
Hmm just check my watch, 158 avg HR which is decent commuting territory. Hey ho it was a cracking day. đŸ™‚
Tony Brown of 21st century airports was 2nd with 1:47:42. The (9 other) Wheelers guys were all in excess of 1:55 I think
