Club Evening 10

No fast boys allow the others to grab some points.

With the Dennis’s on holiday and Mr McInnes not out to play, a very late running Mr Anton managed to scrape top spot on a warm but deceptively breezy trip t’Horne.

First back on the night was Mr Woodward who eventually got the better of Mr Winkley to the tune of 3 seconds. Next up was 2nd overall Simon Neave who managed to catch Paul on the very final straight and record 25:34.

After PW came Michael Diebel who continues to improve and just missed out on an evens ride with 30:03. Mr Crick, literally back off holiday that afternoon was next to finish with 27:49.

Visitors James Cotta and Richard Williams were off 7th and 8th respectively. Richard is Maddy’s partner who, like Pam Geal was out offering moral support.

Speaking of the Geal’s, John’s first outing of the year netted him a 33:16.

Last and certainly not least was Rob Moir, another visitor on his first ever TT. His 30:59 was obviously a PB and hopefully he can improve on that in the remaining three events.

Thanks as always to Chris and Mick for starting duties and Mr Blackmore for marshalling. A special mention and thanks must also go to young Steve on his first ever pushing off duties.
