2018 ESCA Reliability Trial

Eight members of the club took part in this years ESCA Reliability Trial on a cold but sunny morning from this years rider HQ at East Hoathly. Six members of the Saturday gang joined Paul Harris and Richard Woodward for the 50 mile ride around a challenging course with 1300m of climbing which included a 20% climb and just before the second check point Kidds Hill – The Wall!!!

All eight finished within our time of 4 hours and we finished 5th out of the 11 clubs entered, a creditable result. Many thanks to Susan Fagan, Alex Dann, Phil Robbins, John Pugh and Howard Surtees for having a go. We all look forward to next years event and hope more club members will join us.
