In the Southborough & District Wheelers 25 on Sunday, Christian Yates posted an excellent 0:58:52 with Ben Crick further down the field in 1:09:24.
Meanwhile earlier in the week Steve Dennis, defending his title in the SE SPOCO competition, claimed 2nd spot at the Essex Roads 10.3 in 0:23:23 and then 1st yesterday at the Chelmer CC 25 in 0:53:38 which was good enough for a 3 minute winning margin.
