Steve Dennis wins by nearly a minute.
Entries were down on last year which is a shame as this is a nice and varied 37 mile sporting course.
Four of us rode, Paul W, Andy S, myself and Steve D, who was scratch man.
The course starts at Spook Hill at North Holmwood. From there it uses the A24 down to Southwater and then back up to Broadbridge Heath.
A left turn takes the A264 to Five Oaks and then north onto the A29. Following the A29 through Clemsfold and Ockley sees you back onto the A24 for the final run to the finish.
This is quite a rolling course especially the single carriageway section of the A24, and the A29.
Despite the undulations, everyone survived and Steve’s time was over a minute quicker than Mike Coyle’s 2005 time.
