Brian Phillips came close to winning the West Suffolk Wheelers 21 mile time trial on 12th March, finishing just 1min 16 secs down on the winner.
Racing on local roads, Brian has kicked off his season already showing good form, which builds up towards the CC Breckland promotion of the National 12 hour in August.
