It was a case of Dennis at the double as Steve and Carla claimed the honours for the second time in 4 weeks. On a mild but damp evening 10 riders turned up, however before signing on 2 visitors thought better of it leaving only 8 hardened regulars to do battle.
Half the circuit’s road surface had been recently “repaired” but not swept, leaving the corners wet and very gritty. The NW breeze did not help either and times were generally down on previous weeks with only Robin Johnson improving.
